Essex Music Service is part of Essex County Council, the Hub Lead Organisation for Greater Essex Music Hub.
We strive to improve opportunities for young people.
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and we want to highlight the positive impact music can have on young people’s wellbeing. Many of us turn to music as a way to relax or unwind. The same can be true for children and young people. Listening to music, playing an instrument or singing can help with: 🎵 relaxation and sleep🎵 regulating emotions🎵 motivation and confidence🎵 creativity and team workWant to explore music opportunities for your child?
